In an effort to ensure you do not over extend yourself, we assist you in managing your budget by setting spending boundaries, conducting budget reviews, assisting with vendor contract negotiations, documentation control, trouble shooting and follow up.

Full Moon

This is our all inclusive full service plan that encompasses every aspect of the planning process, giving it the lighthearted moniker the yes to I do plan. This option is best for the couple who has big ideas and little time to plan.

Half Moon

One of the more popular plans, this option is best fitted for the bride and groom who seek an active role in the planning process but could use advice and assistance along the way, or a co-chair for the planning process.

Crescent Moon

Our month and day of coordination choice will go well with the couple who has planned everything but would like to relax and pass the baton to the professionals on their wedding day.

New Moon

These a la carte services can supplement the planning process and provide you with inspiration and ideas. The services range from budget planning to style and design to seating chart arrangement sessions. Each session is individualized and tailored to fit your needs.

On Location

The choice to have a destination wedding may stem from a variety of reasons; a desire to incorporate cultural roots, a chance to commemorate a relationship milestone or a personal choice to express individual creativity. Your destination will include creative event design meshed with local cuisine. Imagine a mint julep cocktails and red velvet cake for dessert after exchanging vows on a magnolia bedecked historic southern antebellum mansion. Or your guests can celebrate your nuptials by feasting on Snapper with Rosemary-Basil Oil in a castle upon the rolling green hills of Ireland. Or dine in the desert on Striped Bass Stuffed with Swordfish and Shrimp under the starlit Moroccan sky. The possibilities are endless!

In addition to coordinating all travel and accommodations for you and your guests, Purple Moon Events can also arrange pre and post wedding activities on location that take explore your destination’s history, culture and landscape. A golf outing in Scotland, swimming with the dolphins in Jamaica or a game excursion in Africa, can easily be incorporated into an exciting and entertaining destination wedding for you and your guests.

We can handle every detail of our destination wedding including documentation, permits and marriage certificates. Our staff will work closely with local officials to provide you with the appropriate credentials and authorization to expedite you and your guests' passage to and from your destination and facilitate flawless ceremony and reception.
